The difficulty level is all over the place, from brutal-hard down to cakewalk, the Minecraft theme is a nicely attractive coat of paint over a completely unrelated game, the story is little more than an excuse to send you chasing after the next yellow diamond on the map, etc. And then an enemy drops a cube of dynamite and you get to chuck it into a crowd of zombies, skeletons and creepers, and for a moment everything is good. There are moments of enjoyment to be had in Minecraft Dungeons II, but for much of it playing is little more than an unremarkable way to pass the time."}],"updatedAt":"2026-09-28"}
