It features several great new multiplayer modes, including the football-esque Blitz and fast-paced Grind, plus numerous impressive tweaks and additions. Extinction, a mode that wasn’t even announced until days before release, alone could easily eat up tens of hours of time as players quest to save the world from aliens. The single player is disposable, albeit fun, but it’s irrelevant as there’s enough content in multiplayer to keep gamers busy for hundreds of hours until the next Call of Duty comes out. After a great entry from Treyarch, Infinity Ward has cemented the brand as the go-to online shooter with Call of Duty: Ghosts, one of the most satisfying experiences of the series."},{"server":"Game Informer","url":"https://www.gameinformer.com/games/call_of_duty_ghosts/b/ps3/archive/2013/11/04/call-of-duty-ghosts-review.aspx","date":"2013-11-04","rating":8,"ratingBase":10,"ratingPercent":80,"abstract":"Even without its own significant hook or sense of identity, Ghosts is still fun thanks to the series' polished and reliable backbone that’s been established for years."},{"server":"Game Informer","url":"https://www.gameinformer.com/games/call_of_duty_ghosts/b/playstation4/archive/2013/11/04/call-of-duty-ghosts-review.aspx","date":"2013-11-04","rating":8,"ratingBase":10,"ratingPercent":80,"abstract":"Even without its own significant hook or sense of identity, Ghosts is still fun thanks to the series' polished and reliable backbone that’s been established for years."},{"server":"Game Informer","url":"https://www.gameinformer.com/games/call_of_duty_ghosts/b/xbox360/archive/2013/11/04/call-of-duty-ghosts-review.aspx","date":"2013-11-04","rating":8,"ratingBase":10,"ratingPercent":80,"abstract":"Even without its own significant hook or sense of identity, Ghosts is still fun thanks to the series' polished and reliable backbone that’s been established for years."}],"updatedAt":"2013-11-12"}
