Původní hra trochu omládla a zrychlila, ale jinak se toho na ní moc nezměnilo, ani se příliš nerozšířil její obsah. Na jedné straně je pravda, že k vylepšování devítkové hitovky se vlastně ani nenabízelo moc prostoru. Na druhé se tím ale podepisuje rozsudek, který by měl odradit všechny, kteří už mají God of War III za sebou.
God of War 3 patří i po letech ke kvalitním kouskům - kombinuje brutální řezničinu s hádankami a špetkou erotiky.
God of War III has aged surprisingly gracefully. Although it’s over five years old, somebody inexperienced with the series could easily mistake Remastered for an original PS4 game. In that sense, the release is a resounding success. It brings the experience into the current generation and allows it to stand side by side with the inevitable original PS4 debut of the franchise.
